I have had the honor now of treating two autistic children with Spirit Branch Medicine. In both instances, I have applied treatments to clear fungal infections from the SI part of the cerebrum -- the surface area on the most superior part of the cerebrum that extends towards the pre-frontal cortex. Given the role of the SI in the body, I believe this part of the brain has to do with societal communication and unconditionality -- such as unconditional love. Both children experienced dramatic improvements in verbal abilities with the smallest of interventions. The second child stopped hitting her head against walls and has started to make unsolicited contact with strangers -- shocking her parents. People are describing her as "coming out of her shell". She also has had the diagnosis for the shortest period of time, so I believe this means her infection is less entrenched.
I believe the increasing rate of diagnosis for this disease may be an indicator of a more virulent infectious pathogen, perhaps due to global warming.
